1. Dial the access number from your existing BT, Cable, Mobile Phone or even a Pay Phone corresponding to the destination you wish to dial.
E.g. Calling a landline in France the corresponding Akoma number you would dial would be "0844 303 6666 "

2. Enter the full international number upon connection to our service where you will hear – "Thank you for using Akoma, please enter the number you wish to dial".
E.g. For France you would dial 0033 xxx xxxx

3. We will connect your call to your destination.

Your call will be charged to you via your BT, Cable or Mobile phone at the appropriate rate for that access number. e.g. Dialling 0844 555 6666 from a BT landline will cost just 5p/min (Inc VAT)*.
It's that simple!!

Any calls using our numbers will be billed by your telephone service provider to the account holder for that line. Please obtain permission from that account holder before using the Akoma service. Calls are charged from the time you are connected to the Akoma service, even if the call is engaged or unanswered. Replace the handset if you hear an engaged tone or calls remain unanswered. Quoted prices are for customers using BT residential call packages (taken from BT residential price list published at www.bt.com), is correct as of 04.01.2011, and is subject to an 11.5p call set up fee. Other service providers may charge a higher rate, please contact your service provider for further details. We reserve the right to terminate any call if we consider it is being made unlawfully or fraudulently. The service is subject to availability.
